Top Five Altcoins of The Week: What Expert Suggests
Deutscher’s latest list is dominated by AI-related tokens, reflecting his confidence in their growth potential. Let’s dive into the performance of his top five altcoins: TAO, FET, SAGA, ALT, and BEAM.
Bittensor (TAO)
Bittensor (TAO) has had an explosive week, surging
86.6%
in the last seven days. Currently priced at $546.50, TAO started the month around $280.30, marking a 66.5% increase over the past 30 days. The market saw a strong bullish momentum starting on September 7, and while there were minor setbacks on September 16 and 17, TAO has continued to rise—up 99.5% in just the last two weeks.


Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (FET)
is another AI token that’s been gaining ground. Over the past week, FET has jumped 27.3%, with its price currently at $1.1334. The token has seen a steady 34.5% rise in the past 30 days. On September 7, buyers took control, and despite some selling pressure around September 15 and 16, the bullish trend held firm. Over the past two weeks, FET has climbed 33.1%.


SAGA
has also shown impressive performance, rising 37.8% over the last week to its current price of $2.27. At the start of the month, SAGA was trading at $1.2633, experiencing sideways movement in the early days. However, strong buying pressure on September 16 broke the market out of its range, peaking at $2.5073 on September 20.
While the price has dipped slightly in recent days, Deutscher’s confidence suggests it could climb again—up 49.7% in the past two weeks.


AltLayer (ALT)
is another altcoin which has demonstrated commendable performance lately. In the last seven days alone, it has grown nearly 63.7%. Now, the price of ALT stands at around $0.12140. At the start of the month, the ALT price was just $0.07744. Like SAGA, the ALT market also experienced a sideways momentum in the first half of the month, ranging between $0.08266 and $0.07303. On September 18, it broke above the range, marking the beginning of a strong upward trend.
On September 19, the price grew from $0.08405 to $0.11073. The three red candlesticks formed over the next three days could not even pull the price down to the mid-range of September 19’s large green candlestick. September 23’s green candlestick covered the previous three red candlesticks and pushed the price to a peak of $0.11827. At present, the market looks very bullish.


BEAM
rounds out Deutscher’s top five picks, with the token showing a solid 22.8% increase over the last week, now priced at $0.01776. After slipping to $0.01167 on September 6, BEAM entered a bullish trend on September 7. Despite a few hiccups on September 11 and 16, the upward momentum has held strong, with the market looking optimistic.
